She came to my house excited and well prepared, and every interaction I had with her after that was the same. She proposed a very efficient sales process, arranged for the staging and professional photographs. We put the house up on a Friday evening and had 4 showings on Saturday and 2 on Sunday, and then a contract signed by Monday. I had a great experience working with Erika. I couldn’t believe how responsive she was to all of my requests and questions, and she knew far more than I ever hoped to about the of selling of a home. Throughout the whole time I felt like Erika had my best interests in mind. I flew out and only had 2 days to look for a home. Erika went out of her way taking me to see quite a few homes. After the first day I did not find anything I liked and Erica found more places that evening for me and we saw them the next day. She took me to places over the weekend and went out of her way.
